Wedding Rings is a dynamic sculpture made of 16 intertwined twisted rings. Sixteen is the number of the different prototypical women mentioned in the Torah portion of Ki Tetze, found in the book of Deuteronomy, beginning with the woman captured in war who is of interest to one of the captors and the rules governing his ability to take her for a wife, and ending with the wife who saves her husband in a fight by grabbing his adversary's genitals, and is punished by having her hands cut off.
